Shipping policy
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Options (U.S. only):
- Standard Shipping – $7.95 (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping – $14.95 (2–3 business days)
- Express Shipping – $29.95 (1 business day)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $150+
Standard Shipping is the default method for most orders. Expedited and Express options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner. Free Standard Shipping applies automatically when your order total is $150+ or more.
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. The carrier is selected by Mentfore to ensure the best balance of speed and reliability for your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events outside of our control.
Orders do not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mentfore.com.
