Mentfore reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products without notice. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mentfore. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. An order is not final until payment has been processed and you receive confirmation. Please review orders carefully before submitting; cancellations or changes may not be accommodated once confirmed. Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy 

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order receipt. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and handling fees. Mentfore reserves the right to adjust prices or correct errors, even after an order has been submitted. By submitting payment, you confirm that (i) the payment details provided are accurate; (ii) you are authorized to use the chosen payment method; and (iii) all charges incurred will be honored and paid in full.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Mentfore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services, including trademarks, designs, product names, text, images, graphics, videos, and brand presentation, is owned by Mentfore and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of our content is prohibited.
