Orders
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders cannot be edited once placed, but you can cancel anytime before it’s fulfilled (usually within 1–3 business days) by contacting us at info@mentfore.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, the next best step is to initiate a return through our Returns & Refunds page for a full refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.
How long does it take to fulfill my order
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days. During peak times, processing may take longer, but we’ll notify you by email if any delays occur.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way, depending on your selected shipping method.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer multiple U.S. shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and Express. For full details, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Expanding to international shipping is part of our future plans.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes must be requested immediately after your order is placed by contacting us with your order number. Once a shipping label has been printed during fulfillment, we’re unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped,
you may contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request rerouting, but please note the carrier may charge a fee for this service.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return?
You can initiate a return through our Returns & Refunds portal within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn; other than trying on for fit, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back.
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are free for all domestic orders. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email to send your items back at no cost.
Do you offer exchanges?
Mentfore does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, style, or color the best option is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order. We’re actively working on adding an exchange program in the future to make this process even easier.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and we’ll email you as soon as your refund has been issued.
Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition may not qualify for a refund under our Return Policy.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit. Our apparel is designed with performance tailoring that works for both athletic and lean body types. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a sharper fit. If you’re still unsure, our team is happy to help at info@mentfore.com.
What if my item doesn't fit?
If your item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order in the correct size. Mentfore does not currently offer direct exchanges, but we’re working toward adding that option in the future.
How do I care for my Mentfore pieces?
Most items can be machine washed cold with like colors and tumble dried on low. We recommend avoiding bleach and fabric softeners, and air drying performance fabrics when possible to maintain their shape and longevity. Care instructions are also listed on each product page.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes. Through Shop Pay Installments, eligible purchases can be split into interest-free payments at checkout. Availability is determined by Shop Pay during checkout.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.
Account & Support
What are your support hours and response times?
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST, excluding national holidays. We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 1 business day.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and save your details for faster checkout in the future. Having an account also keeps you in the loop for Mentfore drops, promotions, and exclusive offers.

Promotions & Gift Cards
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. All customers receive 15% off their first order by subscribing to our newsletter. From time to time, we also run special promotions. The best way to stay updated is by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on Instagram.
Question
Not at this time. We’re actively working on launching digital gift cards, which will be redeemable on any Mentfore product and will also be offered as a refund option for returns.
