Official Rules

We’re kicking things off the right way. Please review the official rules below before entering the Mentfore Launch Giveaway.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor
The Giveaway is organized by Mentfore, Inc., a California S-Corporation, located at 3742 E 26th St, Vernon, CA 90058.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mentfore, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.

Entry Period
Entries open on September 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM PT and close on October 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM PT. Submissions outside this window will not be counted.

How to Enter
To enter, complete the following steps during the entry period:

  1. Follow @mentfore on Instagram
  2. Like the official giveaway post
  3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments
  • Each unique set of tagged friends counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of five (5) entries per person.
  • Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @mentfore (+1 entry).
  • Automated, incomplete, or duplicate entries beyond the stated limits will not be accepted.
  • 6 entries MAX per person

Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

Total approximate retail value: $588.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions will be offered.

Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on October 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM PT.

The winner will be contacted via direct message from @mentfore on Instagram. A reply is required within 48 hours. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Mentfore’s decisions regarding the giveaway, which are final. Mentfore reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other problems compromise its fairness or integrity.

Liability Release
By entering, participants release Mentfore, Instagram, and Meta from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or use of the prize.
