Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel great in your gear. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got up to 30 days from date delivered, provided they meet the eligibility requirements below. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

*Sale items and gift cards are final and non-returnable.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions to send your item back. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.
